Is the fare fixed?
Yes. Your fare is confirmed before you book and stays fixed for the agreed service. Published fares apply between Jorge Chávez Airport and Miraflores or San Isidro. Other destinations and services are quoted in advance, so you know the total before confirming.
Where will I meet my chauffeur?
We send your meeting instructions before the service. For airport arrivals, your chauffeur meets you at the agreed point with a sign showing your name. If you need help locating your chauffeur, our team is available to assist.
What if my flight or luggage is delayed?
We track your flight and include 90 minutes of complimentary waiting after landing. If you need more time, our team will continue assisting you. Any additional waiting is agreed with you before it applies.
How can I pay?
You can pay by cash, card or secure payment link. Before confirming your booking, we’ll let you know whether payment is due in advance or after your transfer.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Changes are subject to availability. For prepaid bookings, cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service receive a full refund; at 24 hours or less, 50% is refunded. No-shows and services already started are non-refundable.
